Asia Radiants Pte Ltd is a joint venture by MCL Land and Yanlord Land Group.

MCL Land

MCL Land is a leading residential development with more that 50 years of experience, MCL Land established their legacy of building high quality homes in Singapore and Malaysia. MCL was started in Malaysia as a hire purchase financing company back in 1963, the company went listed on Singapore Stock Exchange in 1967 and first venture into property development in 1969. MCL eventually grown to become one the region leading property development company and decided to change their name into MCL Land later. MCL Land become fully owned by HongKong Land at 2011 and delisted from Singapore Stock Exchange.

The company core mission is “To be a premier and reputable property group, dedicated to the pursuit of customer satisfaction through quality products and service excellence, and always delivered with professionalism and integrity”. Some of the masterpieces of MCL Land in Singapore includes Margaret Ville, Parc Esta, and the fully sold Lake Grande.

Yanlord Land Group

Yanlord Land Group Limited is a China based real estate developer. The Group focus on developing high-end and fully-fitted residential units in China and Singapore. Yanlord Group was incorporated in Shanghai back in 1993 and went listed on Singapore Stock Exchange mainboard in 2006. Typically, Yanlord developments projects are characterised by large-scale, multi-phased projects designed and built by international architects, leading designers and reputable contractors. Yanlord Land was named one of the Top 10 Foreign-owned Real Estate Developers in China.

Yanlord Land Group has successfully developed a few large-scale residential property developments project mainly in Shanghai and Nanjing. Such as Yanlord Gardens and Yanlord Riverside in Shanghai, Bamboo Gardens, and Yanlord Riverside Nanjing.
